SMS Terms of Service

ClinCalCare Connect is a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC and offers two separate, optional SMS programs. The first delivers account notifications related to your inquiry status, coordination updates, and customer support responses. The second delivers marketing and opportunity update messages about new clinical trial opportunities and services that may match your stated areas of interest.

Each program requires its own separate opt-in. Consent for one program is not consent for the other. ClinCalCare Connect, a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC, is not a research organization, healthcare provider, or sponsor.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from the selected program at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

You may opt out at any time. SMS consent is never bundled with other consents, and your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Account notification messages are sent based on activity related to your inquiry and may vary.

Opportunity update messages are generally sent up to 4 messages per month, depending on availability of fitting programs.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from that program. We will send a single confirmation message and will not send further messages from that program.

The program is generally compatible with major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your contact information is only shared with a specific independent trial program after you have been informed and have agreed to that introduction.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued participation in a program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
